One of Valor Firm’s key offerings is their VA Claims Manual, a user-friendly guide to navigating the intricacies of the legal system around Veterans’ Affairs. Our team developed an intuitive layout for the Claims Manual, with a search bar and an easy-to-read, clickable table of contents to help visitors find the exact information they need.
As a tech-savvy law firm, Valor Firm uses a legal-optimized CRM called Lawmatics to build custom intake forms and manage client paperwork securely. Our Development team integrated Valor Firm’s Lawmatics forms into the new website with seamless branding to provide a consistent, simple-to-use visitor experience.
Valor Firm also offers a live website chat option called Smith.AI, which provides answers to many common visitor requests and questions. With Smith.AI integrated into Valor Firm’s new website, prospective clients can quickly find answers to their questions without even leaving the homepage!
We reached out to Online Optimism when we realized we were outgrowing our old site, and they really delivered. The new site maintains our library of resources and our branding that clients recognize, but makes it much easier for us to update and our visitors to navigate.
