Our Specialist program was created to be the internship program that we wish had when we were looking to join an agency: one that valued your work, your time, and your career. We have spent years optimizing our program to be the elite internship for those looking to kickstart your future in one of our specializations.
Our Specialists work 20–40 hours per week collaborating with our full-time digital marketing staff and help to grow and improve our company. In return, we make sure they receive competitive pay and valuable, real-world experience. Other agencies might call it an internship, but we offer (and expect) far more.
