As a Senior Social Media Strategist, Madison is responsible for spearheading creative organic and paid campaigns across social media platforms for clients in various industries.

Born and raised in Louisiana, Madison attended Louisiana State University, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Marketing with a minor in Communication Studies. While in college, she participated in the Disney College Program, where she got to work at Walt Disney World as a Cast Member. Madison originally joined Online Optimism as a Social Media Specialist in Summer 2019 but officially joined the team as a Social Media Associate in May 2021. Since then, she’s been promoted to Social Media Strategist and helps keep other optimists engaged through planning in-person and virtual events as part of our employee engagement committee.

When she’s not on the clock, you can probably find Madison following Harry Styles on tour, traveling around the world and hiking in the coolest national parks, or spoiling her dog, Kylo.
