Alex attended Berry College, where he earned his B.A. in Religion & Philosophy and competed on the track and field and ultimate frisbee teams. He then went on to earn his Masters in Theological Studies from Emory University before starting his career in writer.

After a stint as a Content Specialist at Online Optimism in 2021 while at Emory, Alex returned in 2024 as the Email & Content Marketing Strategist. He focuses on crafting unique and eye-catching emails, writing articles and web copy, and fine-tuning search engine optimization for clients.

Outside of work, Alex still throws frisbees, travels, hikes, plays video games, throws yo-yos for fun, and takes on an occasional photography gig.
